Working within an already excellent Pastoral Team, this person will have a genuine desire to support our young people who may exhibit challenging behaviour giving them the opportunity to reflect and reintegrate successfully into the wider school community.

Taking responsibility for the Reflection Room, supporting the on-call system and working 1:1 with young people to effect change.
